Tot School at LVP is a nurturing and educational space designed for 2-4 year olds. Our play-based program offers a part-time learning experience that focuses on fostering creativity and social development. We provide a warm and supportive environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow.

Miss Katrina
Owner/Director
Preschool & Tot Teacher
Miss Katrina is the owner of Little Village Play and the director of Tot School. Before opening Little Village Play, she spent 12 years teaching in two local elementary schools. As both an educator and a mom of three, she brings a wealth of experience and a warm, nurturing approach to the classroom. Miss Katrina is especially passionate about helping young children grow and thrive through play-based learning, believing that play is the foundation for building curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Mrs. Hill
Preschool & Tot Teacher
Mrs. Bev Hill is a seasoned and nurturing educator with 19 years of experience in early childhood education. She began her career at Broadbent School. She then joined Immaculate Conception School, serving as a teaching assistant in Pre-K for 9 years and in Kindergarten for 2 years.
For the past several years, Mrs. Hill has been part of the Little Village Play team, leading themed summer camps, birthday parties, Kids’ Night Out, and special events. She has also taught in the Summer Tot School program for the past 2 years.
She is married and a proud mom of two daughters and one son. This fall, Mrs. Hill is thrilled to officially join the Tot School/Preschool team and looks forward to helping children learn and grow in a warm, play-based environment.
Miss Laurel
Tot Teacher
Laurel has been a part of the LVP Team since our doors opened in fall of 2022. You may have seen her working open play or as a Tot School Teacher. She has a background in education including an undergraduate and graduate degree from Boston College. She is Mom to two middle school aged kids and has two rescued cats. In her free time, she is an avid runner and black belt Tae Kwon Do student.
